Conyers Studio – Architecture and Construction is a full-service design firm specializing in custom residential architecture. Bringing together expertise in contemporary architecture, site design, interior design and finish specifications, budget and space planning, landscape design, and construction administration/management.  The team delivers highly integrated homes that are thoughtfully tailored to site, lifestyle, and environment. From concept through construction, the firm is known for its design clarity, technical precision, and collaborative, client-focused process.
Tom and Debbie Conyers lead the studio with a shared commitment to creating refined, livable spaces grounded in strong design principles and real-world experience. Their work spans residential and commercial projects across the Rocky Mountains and Central Texas, with additional projects in Florida, Illinois, and California.
 
Tom Conyers, Founder and Principal Architect, leads the architectural vision of the firm. With a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin, he is a registered architect in Texas and Colorado and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). Tom is recognized for his thoughtful, site-responsive designs and technical rigor, guiding projects seamlessly from initial concept through construction with a focus on quality and detail.
 
Debbie Conyers, Co-Founder, brings a holistic and client-centered approach to the design process. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Texas at Austin and a Landscape Design certification from Emory University. Debbie plays a key role in shaping the integration of architecture, interiors, and outdoor spaces, ensuring each project reflects both functional needs and the individuality of the client. Her background informs a highly organized, communicative process that enhances the overall client experience.
 
Joining the firm full-time in 2025, Drew Conyers, Project Design Engineer, will be carrying forward the next generation of Conyers Studio. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a focus on data science and information processing from the University of Texas at Austin. Drew contributes a strong analytical and technical perspective, supporting design development and project coordination, while documenting his internship for his pathway to architecture licensure. His experience includes published and award-winning projects as an undergrad researcher and engineering work in Denver. He is certified in OSHA 10 Safety and NFPA 70E Electrical Safety in the Workplace.
 
Lane Conyers also represents the next generation of the studio and is currently pursuing a degree in architecture in Colorado. His academic work brings a fresh design perspective influenced by contemporary architectural thinking.
 
Together, the team combines design vision, evolving technical expertise, and a collaborative approach to create distinctive, well-executed homes that reflect both place and client.
